This three month group program was built to connect women with similar issues and challenges so that everyone involved can get the support they need and the tools to grow together. When women come together to support and uplift each other (instead of judging and shaming), they are able to reach their highest goals, achieve the confidence they want, and build a strong relationship with not only other women, but with themselves.
This program is based off of the Mirror Writing Workbook where we will be using the method of Mirror Work as well as Mindset Work. We will use these methods to work together on topics such as binge eating, overeating, body image, emotional eating, chronic dieting, deprivation, over exercising, negative self-talk, and self-sabotage. We will discuss how to be able to leave these self-destructive behaviors behind by learning new ways to love and accept ourselves through the mirror.
We will meet once a week for 90 minutes for three months. Each person will receive a Mirror Writing Workbook, handouts, homework, email support in between sessions, and three 60 minute one-on-one sessions with me!
